We went through a few of the battery operated shufflers. Some of them never worked out of the box and others worked for no more than six weeks at the most. During this time, we went through a lot of batteries, so the initial cost of the shuffler was less than the batteries.
Then we bought this one. At first, we didn’t realize that it wouldn’t work with the charging cable plugged in. But we figured that out. We play cards pretty much every day and this thing works really well. We charge it up after each game so that it will be ready to go the next time. I wish we’d found this one before we bought all the useless battery operated ones. If you’re tired of shuffling cards by hand, by this one.
